Founded in 2010 by industry veterans Andrew Miers, 50, and managing director Tim Nicholson, 52, Miers Construction Products supplies concrete and brickwork accessories to the construction industry. It sources its products from across Europe to supply subcontractors in the UK and Ireland. Driven by investment in Miers’s logistics network and by product innovation, sales grew to £10.6m in 2014. The company employs 36 people.
