Monofinish FC One-component, normal setting cementitious mortar for smoothing concrete and cementitious renders. Consumption: 1.4kg/m² per mm of thickness.

Mapegrout T40 Medium strength (40N) thixotropic mortar for the repair of damaged concrete surfaces such as balconies and corners of beams and columns. Also recommended for repair work in tunnels, canals and water works in general. Repairs up to 30-35 mm thick in a single coat can be made. No additional primer required. Consumption: 18.5kg/m² per cm of thickness.

Mapegrout T60 Fibre-reinforced, sulphite resistant thixotropic mortar for the repair of damaged concrete surfaces such as balconies and corners of beams and columns. Also recommended for repair work in tunnels, canals and water works in general. Compressive strength of 60N. No additional primer required. Consumption: 18.5kg/m² per cm of thickness.

Mapegrout Fast Set Controlled shrinkage, rapid setting and hardening fibre-reinforced mortar. Used to repair damaged concrete surfaces such as industrial floors, balconies and corners of beams and columns. Sets in 30 minutes and can be subjected to loads after a few hours. Setting strength >40N after 28 days. No requirement for an additional primer. Consumption: 18kg/m² per cm of thickness.

Mapegrout SV Rapid-setting, easy pour, controlled shrinkage mortar for repairing concrete and fastening drains, manhole covers and roadwork fittings in place. Mapegrout SV is used for repairing highly-deteriorated concrete structures, by pouring the product into formwork positioned around the said structure. It may also be used for repairing floors for industrial use, and for construction work on roads and in airports which need to be re-opened to traffic quickly. Setting strength >55N after 28 days. No requirement for an additional primer. Consumption: Applied Neat: 20kg/m² per cm of thickness With 40% Gravel Mix: 14.5kg/m² per cm of thickness (5.7kg/m² of gravel 6/10)

Mapefer 1K One-component, corrosion-inhibiting cementitious mortar for the protection of reinforcing bars. Consumption: 200g/m (approximately 2mm of applied product on an8mmØ bar) Concrete

Eporip Two component, epoxy based adhesive for cold joints and monolithic sealing of cracks. Also used to bond fresh concrete to old concrete and bond screeds. Can also be used by pouring, to seal cracks in floors and to make rigid waterproof joints. Low viscosity and easily applied by brush. Consumption: Cold Joints: 0.5-2kg/m². Sealing Cracks: 1.35kg per dm³ of cavity.

Adesilex PG4 Two-component, thixotropic, epoxy adhesive with modified-rheology used both as an adhesive for bonding synthetic braces used in waterproofing applications and for repairing, sealing and bonding elements in concrete, reinforced concrete, metal and natural stone. Consumption: 1.6 – 1.65kg/m² per mm of thickness

Mapelastic Foundation

A two component mortar based on cementitious binders, fine grained selectedinert materials, special additives and synthetic polymers in water dispersion. It is used to waterproof concrete and masonry structures subject to positive and negative hydrostatic pressure. It is recommended for retaining walls, foundation walls, car parks, underground environments, basins, channels and swimming pools. Consumption: By Roller: 1.65kg/m² per mm thickness By Spray: 2.2kg/m² per mm thickness

Lamposilex Lamposilex is a ready-to-use, ultra-fast setting and curing hydraulic binder for stopping water leaks. Lamposilex contains no chlorides. Mixed with water, Lamposilex produces a paste with a plastic-thixotropic consistency which is easy to apply even on vertical surfaces, with no need for formwork. Lamposilex has a very fast setting time (about 1½ minutes at 20°C).

Latexplan Trade Two part Smoothing/Levelling compound used for levelling and smoothing differences in thicknesses 1 to 10mm (in one application) on new and existing substrates to prepare them for any type of flooring installation. Consumption: One unit will cover 6m² at 3mm thickness.

Ultratop Industrial Self-levelling industrial floor wearing screed based on special hydraulic binders for abrasion-resistant flooring. Used internally in industrial buildings, for levelling and smoothing NEW and EXISTING concrete and screed substrates in thicknesses from 5 to 40mm. Consumption: 16.5 – 17.5kg/m² per cm of thickness.
